Healdsburg Wine Country

  Dry Creek Valley

Located just 70 miles North of San Francisco, Healdsburg is the quintessence of California Wine Country Living. Enjoy the relaxing pace of miles of vineyards that surround the town and soak up the rural feel of this World Class Wine Region! My name is H. Bruce Smith. As owner and operator, I will be your personal wine guide. My wine tours are based out of Healdsburg, CA., the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country.

On your wine tour you will meet some of the local winemakers and experience their unique premium wines . Most of the wineries you will visit only distribute thru their tasting rooms, which means you won't find these premium wines in your wine shop. These finely crafted wines are waiting for you to discover on your day out in wine country.

The Tours are designed for Dry Creek Valley. Depending on the group, most tours start at Dry Creek Vineyards. I focus on small family operated wineries. Most of Dry Creek Valley's 80ish wineries are family owned, such as David Coffaro, Talty, Frick, Pasterick, Dutcher Crossing, Mounts Family and more.

Your tour will visit four wineries. Suggestions welcomed.

Tasting Fees/Lunch

Tasting fees vary, with some being free. If you are asked to pay for tasting fees, these generally run $10 per person. Depending on the winery's policy these fees can be waived if you buy a bottle or two of wine.

For Lunch you can purchase a delicious deli sandwich at Dry Creek General Store OR pack your own lunch. I will provide fruit and desert, along with all the trappings. You will eat at our first winery stop.
